Using their own money to fund the rescue center, Earl and Carol Crews established the Sanctuario Silvestre de Osa several years ago and have helped rescue many wounded and sick animals and birds, nursed them back to health, and in many instances, aided in their release back into the wilds.
Families of all ages particularly love this tour, from the boat ride across the bay (watch for those playful dolphins along the way!), to the holding of monkeys and sloths and more. The monkeys get playful, and if you are not careful, they will not only steal your heart away, but your hats and sunglasses as well!
