You can create your own way, or we have people who can assist you in making arrangements for flights and connections (international and local), rental car if you are up for a real driving adventure, as well as recommend good hotels should you require any overnight accommodations in San Jose.
If leaving San Jose by car, be aware that the road rules are a little different and the roads change quickly from good to very bad, so please use caution: however, driving down to Pt. Jimenez is a great way to see a lot of the countryside and really can be a lot of fun. Allow at least 8 hours for this drive, and more if it is raining.
