Awaken each morning to a breathtaking ocean sunrise and to the sounds of scarlet macaws flying overhead in this stunning, 2000 sq. ft. direct beach front home, which sleeps up to 10 comfortably.
Enjoy sweeping views of the ocean, beach, and mountains, as well the secondary rainforest portion of the property from the ENTIRE Main Living Upstairs area: Designers and owners, Ginny and Joe, have created a wonderfully wide-open, spacious, as well comfortable living space for your total enjoyment. This area has exotic wood vaulted ceilings, wrap-around balconies, a chef’s kitchen complete with 4 counter barstools, dining area that seats 8, family lounging area, plus more seating on the grand deck. ALSO, this main area converts at night to the house’s 3rd sleeping area to accommodate 3 people – 1 sofa converts into 2 twins, and the 2nd sofa converts into an over-sized twin. In the adjoining “pod” there is a huge bath/dressing area that has a shower directly overlooking the ocean.
Downstairs, surrounded by lush gardens, there are two very large bedrooms, each with their own private bath. One of these bedrooms has a queen bed and sofa that converts into 2 separate twin beds (sleeps 4). The other bedroom has a queen plus twin bed (sleeps up to 3).
Off of both of these rooms is a beautiful breezeway complete with sitting area as well as a mini-refrigerator. A private path leads you to the beach, as well as to the "under the almond tree" hammock area and bamboo beach shower.
Rental includes housekeeping every other day. If requested, we can grocery shop ahead of your arrival as well as during your stay for a charge of $20 per trip. We can also arrange great catered-in meals, with service, or make arrangements for meals at neighboring lodges. Within a short 5 minute walk on the beach, there is a fabulous "Spaghetti Night Buffet" on Friday nights, complete with live music and dancing. On Tuesday nights (weather permitting) there is a great on-the-beach Barbeque Night under thatched roofed huts lit entirely by tiki torches.
