BEACH HOUSE

JUNGLE BUNGALOWS
Each sleeps up to 3-4, has kitchenette, and includes daily housekeeping, coffee and milk, bottled water, and on-site manager to assist you with arrangements for tours/activities, etc.: Optional Continental Breakfast Basket consists of fresh fruits, pastries, cereal, yogurts, juices

Double Occupany:

“BREAKFAST ON THE TERRACE” is available for groups of 6 or more: menu varies daily but includes our wonderful coffee, fresh fruits, cereals, pastries, yogurts, eggs, pancakes or Gallo Pinto: $75. plus meal tax per day, 2 day minimum: $5.00 per additional person

“CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST BASKET” brought to your house daily: includes fresh fruits, pastries, cereals, yogurts, juices, milk: up to 4 people: $35 + meal tax: ADD $5.00 each additional person

GROCERIES: we can shop ahead and stock your kitchen for you: email us a list: cost for this service is $20.

DEPOSITS

If reserving more than 60 days prior to your arrival, a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, and the balance will be due 60 days prior to your arrival. If you are reserving space less than 60 days prior to arrival, the entire amount will be due upon booking your reservation.

You can pay by bank or cashier’s check (no personal checks, please), credit card, or on-line through PayPal. If paying by check, it should be made payable to YELLOW COCO LODGE, INC.. We will also require a faxed credit card authorization at time of deposit. All balances due must be received 60 days prior to your arrival. Deposits not received by then will be charged to your credit card.

CANCELLATIONS
There is a 90% refund for cancellations in writing 90 days prior to arrival date, and a 50% refund for cancellations in writing more than 60 days prior to arrival date. However, because we are so remote, if you cancel your reservation within 60 days or less prior to arrival, any refund is at the discretion of Yellow Coco Lodge. If we can rent your house or bungalow, we will happily refund your money, less a $50. handling charge. It might be a good idea to purchase trip insurance through a reputable agency.
