JUNGLE BUNGALOWS (w/kitchenettes)
Each Bungalow has it's own private entrance and pathway to the Beach, a short 1 minute walk from your bungalow.
Each sleeps up to 3-4, has kitchenette, and includes housekeeping every other day, coffee and milk, bottled water, and on-site manager to assist you with arrangements for tours/activities, etc. (see seasonal rates below) .

DEPOSITS
If reserving more than 60 days prior to your arrival, a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, and the balance will be due 60 days prior to your arrival. If you are reserving space less than 60 days prior to arrival, the entire amount will be due upon booking your reservation.
You can pay by bank or cashier’s check (no personal checks, please), credit card, or on-line through PayPal. If paying by check, it should be made payable to YELLOW COCO LODGE, INC.. We will also require a faxed credit card authorization at time of deposit. All balances due must be received 60 days prior to your arrival. Deposits not received by then will be charged to your credit card.
CANCELLATIONS
There is a 90% refund for cancellations in writing 90 days prior to arrival date, and a 50% refund for cancellations in writing more than 60 days prior to arrival date.

A 50% refund will apply only to cancellations in writing 90 days or more prior to arrival date. There will be no refunds given if cancellation is less than 90 days prior: However, if we can re-rent your time slot (pro-rated per day), then we will refund your money less a $50 servicing fee.
However, because we are so remote, if you cancel your reservation within 60 days or less prior to arrival, any refund is at the discretion of Yellow Coco Lodge. If we can rent your house or bungalow, we will happily refund your money, less a $50. handling charge. It might be a good idea to purchase trip insurance through a reputable agency. PLEASE NOTE our policy for Christmas and New Year's cancellations for reservations booked from Dec. 17th through Jan. 4th: a 50% refund will be given if cancellation is given in writing 90 days or more prior to reservation, and no refunds will be given on monies paid if cancellation is less than 90 days prior to arrival.
